Ground Beef Casserole

1 pound lean ground beef
1 can tomato soup
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 teaspoon fresh garlic (crushed and minced)
1 can mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon olive oil

In a skillet, briefly saute the onions and garlic in olive oil, add ground beef, and brown. Drain. Add soup and mixed vegetables. Bake in casserole dish at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. This dish can be served over biscuits.
