Blackberry Cobbler

8 ounces fresh blackberries
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup milk

Melt butter in oven in a square baking dish. Mix flour, sugar, milk, and pour into the buttered dish. Spead blackberries into the dough mixture and sprinkle some sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. By the way, you can substitute cherries, apples, or peaches for the fruit.
