Southern-Style Cournbread Stuffing

Traditionally, cornbread stuffing, also called dressing, is a regular holiday favorite. Either served as a side dish place inside your turkey's cavity.

1 cup of melted butter
1 large onion, chopped
1 cups celery (with leaves), chopped
8 cups of crumbled corn bread
1 1/2 (approximately) teaspoons of.sage (to taste)
1-2 cups of turkey (or chicken) broth
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Crumble your cornbread bread into a large bowl. Add all of the ingredients mixing completely, while adding enough broth until absorbed by the cornbread - BUT leaving it a tad over-moist for baking. Put your stuffing mixture into a lightly-buttered baking dishe. Bake approximately 20-30 minutes, until slightly your stuffing is brown).
