Simple Cranberry Relish

4 cups of fresh cranberries
1 apple, cored, and chunked (unpeeled)
1 naval orange, peeled
1 cup sugar

Put the fruit into your food processor, give the mixture a BRIEF rough chop. Dish the cranberry relish out into a bowl, add the sugar and mix well. Chill and serve.

For an additional treat, toss in a handfull of chopped walnuts, pecans, or almonds.
