Traditional Christmas Green Bean Casserole

A traditional Christmas favorite, each year, is served either on your own table or taken "on-the-road," when bringing a dish to a family or friend's Christmas Dinner. No its NOT "The dreaded GREEN Stuff." But it IS green: Green Bean Casserole!

Ingredients:

1 regular-sized can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 regular-size can of cut green beans, drained
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
1 regular-sized can of french fried onions

Preparation:

Preheat your over to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients (except the french fried onions) into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake until the mixture is bubbling at the edges. Cover the top with the onions (as many out of the can as it takes). Continue to bake until the onions are a toasty golden brown. This dish is always a traditional and easy favorite. It travels well and is great for left-overs, if there are any.
